We had a LOVELY experience at 1862 Seasons on Main. It is a beautiful building, the rooms are extremely lovely and comfortable and the staff could not be nicer. The linens were beautiful. We had the added pleasure of conversing with their very interesting clientele. Breakfast was abundant and delicious. Would recommend highly.

The Inn was beautiful and the Winter room was the best in the house!

The Innkeeper Camilo was so accommodating and really went out of his way to make our stay feel special. His breakfasts were amazing as well!

It was a wonderful combination of a beautiful property and warm hospitality. The common spaces were beautifully decorated for the holidays and Camilo, the property manger, and his assisants couldn't have been more gracious.

Stockbridge is a charming small village and you can walk to everything from the inn. We were in the "Spring Room" and will request it again for our next visit. However we were able to peek into 2 of the other rooms and they were lovely as well. We have to mention the breakfast. We like staying at B&B's and have enjoyed many fine beginnings to a day at any number of establishments. With that background, the breakfasts we enjoyed here set a new standard. They offered a wide range of options each morning and everything we tried was perfect. The original floor plan has been preserved from when this was a magnificant private home and breakfast was served in the spacious dining room. The table settings and room decor were quietly spectacular: a sparkling chandelier over a table richly laid with a deep burgundy tablecloth, golden chasseurs and elegant china. Wonderful food in a wonderful setting. A fine start to a day.

We enjoyed everything about this B&B including location, beautiful decor, friendliness of owners and innkeeper, cleanliness and hospitality from the moment we arrived until we checked out. The breakfast was delicious and served in an elegant dining room decorated fabulously for the winter holiday season. We were able to walk into town to shop and choose among many restaurants. If there was something we needed, Camilo would accommodate our every wish. This was an amazing experience and we would love to return. We very highly recommend this B&B to anyone wanting a very special getaway with a personal touch with attention to detail. You truly feel like part of the family and very safe with plenty of pampering at the Seasons.

The 1862 Seasons on Main is conveniently located in Stockbridge within a few minutes drive to the Norman Rockwell Museum. The city of Pittsfield is a short drive away where the Berkshire Museum offers many different exhibits. The Lion's Den Pub/Cafe at the Red Lion Inn is good for pub fare and nightly entertainment. There are many little shops to pick up those unique little gifts. Stockbridge is a great little walking town with lots to see and do! Tanglewood is nearby for unbelievable summer entertainment at an unsurpassed outdoor venue.
