The Deal

The JW Marriott Santa Monica Le Merigot is "a low-key luxury hotel," according to Frommer's, with a spa that's "the perfect place to unwind." Spend an afternoon at this AAA 4-Diamond property, located right across from the beach, with a spa package for $129. Regularly $255, it includes a 50-minute massage and facial with pool access.

Fodor's says booking a massage here provides a "true attitude adjustment," and Frommer's also praises the "wonderful touch" of the aestheticians that "seems to heal more than just your skin: You walk out feeling beautified and blissed-out."
