For $69, chef Tony DiSalvo prepares an exclusive prix fixe dinner for two, paired with two glasses of prosecco.
This dining experience regularly costs $143 and provides five courses enjoyed in either the immaculately chic dining room or outdoor patio. The menu includes:
First course (to share):
Spicy Tunisian olives with Marcona almonds
Second course (each choose one):
-Meatballs with a combination of veal, pork, ricotta, prosciutto and pancetta in a tomato sauce
-Garlic shrimp sauteed in chilies, olive oil, lemon and parsley on grilled crostini bread
Third course (each choose one):
-Roasted baby beet salad with toasted hazelnuts and truffle panna cotta
-Arugula salad with walnuts, honey-thyme vinaigrette and salami gentile
Fourth course (each choose one):
-Sweet corn ravioli filled with lobster and simmered in a parmesan broth
-Garganelli, bolognese ragu with pecorino and burgundy truffles

-Tartuffo with salted hazelnuts and toasted marshmallows
