With this Local Deal, Travelzoo subscribers can visit Potomac Point Vineyard & Winery, located less than an hour drive from downtown D.C. in Stafford, Va., just in time for the fall harvest. For $33, visit the Mediterranean-style winery Fodor's calls "gorgeous" and "beautiful" for a specialty fall harvest tour and cheese experience for two, regularly $68.

Use this deal Sunday, Monday, Wednesday or Thursday from 11 a.m. - 6 p.m. or Friday and Saturday from 11 a.m. - 9:30 p.m. starting Sept. 1 for an afternoon that includes:

• Fall harvest tour, which includes wine education focusing on the wine-making process from start to finish including picking, crushing, fermentation, and the difference between the process of making red and white wines, with a visit to the wine cave and barrel room (up to 90 minutes long)

• White or red wine cheese plate to share served with seasonal condiments and a baguette

• $5 credit per person, which can be applied to anything at the winery
