Choose any two entrees, such as jalapeno maize chicken encrusted with tortilla chips and sauteed with jalapenos, garlic and cilantro; and blackened mahi mahi and mussels with white wine and tomatillo steamed mussels, sauteed spinach and homemade enchiladas.
