The National Philharmonic performs "The Melodies of Brahms" next month, and great seats are now 40% off. Opera star and D.C. native Denyce Graves joins the National Philharmonic Chorale for Brahms' "Alto Rhapsody."
Orchestra Tier and Promenade seats are $36.60, regularly $61, for the Saturday, May 4, concert at 8 p.m. and the Sunday, May 5, concert at 3 p.m. at the Strathmore.
The concert will also include Brahms’ Schicksalslied (“Song of Destiny”) and Symphony No. 4. Graves has performed in opera houses all over the world and has also played opposite Placido Domingo in "Carmen."
