The Beach House Suites by the Don CeSar trims rates to $119 per night through Feb. 13 -- including weekends and Christmas.

Suites feature separate living rooms, kitchens, washer-dryers and private balconies with partial beach views. For $30 more per night, upgrade to a larger deluxe suite.

On-site amenities include a heated pool with a poolside bar and cabanas, splash pool and beachfront water-sport rentals including Jet Skis, aqua bikes and kayaks.

Guests have full privileges at the resort's sister property, the landmark Don Cesar Resort, that's a half mile down the beach. Unwind at its spa, and sample award-winning dining at the AAA 4-Diamond Maritana grille.
