The Ritz-Carlton Phoenix hotel offers its posh rooms for $143-$279 per night into January. These rates are 60% off peak season winter prices:
- $143 ... Dec. 27-31
- $179 ... Dec. 14-21, 23-26
- $249 ... Jan. 5, 11-12
The Ritz-Carlton is next to the Biltmore Fashion Park -- a mall with shops such as Coach and Saks Fifth Avenue as well as a park that holds yoga classes and farmers market. The on-site bistro 24 has won Wine Spectator's Award of Excellence for two years running.
Rooms are up to Ritz-Carlton standards with marble bathrooms, Egyptian cotton linens and evening turndown service.
