A Colorado dude ranch is offering a 40%-off special that covers lodging, meals and activities, including zip lining, mountain climbing, archery and fly fishing.

Guests at the Majestic Dude Ranch are matched with a horse and mountain bike for the duration of the stay. The ranch also has its own baseball field and batting cage, and whitewater rafting is available through mid-July. At night, guests can watch a movie under the stars at the ranch.

Visit May 12 - Oct. 12 at these discounted rates:

  • Three-night stay; check in Sundays or Wednesdays:
    $789 per adult
    $579 per child (up to age 17)

  • Six-night stay; check in Sundays:
    $1575 per adult
    $1155 per child (up to age 17)

The ranch also offers complimentary shuttle transportation to the Durango airport and nearby towns. Designated adults-only weeks are May 12-25 and Sept. 1 - Oct. 12.

Note: An additional 15% resort tax and 4.8% sales tax apply. A 25% deposit is due at time of booking.

Additional activities include hiking, whitewater rafting, line dancing, rodeos, baseball (on a professional-grade diamond complete with batting cages), volleyball, archery and ping-pong. A 25% percent deposit of the total room rate is due at the time of booking. If cancellation is made outside of 60 days prior to arrival, there is a $100.00 cancellation fee per person. If cancellation is received within 60 days prior to arrival, then you will forfeit the entire deposit. If Majestic Dude Ranch is able to resell the entire reservation, they will return your deposit and charge a $100.00 cancellation fee per person. Children qualify for the child rate through age 17.
