The 4-star Hyatt Regency Monterey recently completed a $60 million renovation. Guests can stay in one of its newly renovated rooms for $89 when visiting Sunday-Thursday from February 26 through April 4, and it's only $50 more on weekend nights. That's up to half off regular rates.

Rooms offer flat-panel plasma TVs, iPod docking stations and the new Hyatt signature Grand Beds. The property features a new spa, two pools, a racquet club and three restaurants. Top-rated Pebble Beach Company's Del Monte Golf Course is adjacent to the hotel.
