For $129 per night, stay Jan. 5-31, including weekends. Add $10 per night to visit in February. Dates around the holidays are also discounted -- Nov. 18-22 and Dec. 23-27 are $199 per night.

Rooms are dressed in soothing monochromatic tones with a king or queen bed. Wide bay windows look out over the city or into the hotel's intimate interior courtyards.

Downstairs, the beats thump and the crowd raves at XL, one of the city's most popular gay nightclubs. Modern American cuisine is served late into the night at the on-site restaurant.
