Hide away on the island of Key Largo at a resort with the area's largest private beach for $109 per night.

The Hilton Key Largo Resort trims nightly rates to 40% less than comparable hotels on Sundays-Thursdays through Nov. 8. For $20 more per night, stay midweek Nov. 11 - Dec. 20.

This resort features two pools, two tennis courts, a marina, three restaurants and nature trails through 13 acres of tropical forest at the edge of the Everglades.

Diving, fishing, snorkeling, parasailing and kayaking can be arranged though the resort (for a fee).

The hotel is located one hour south of Miami. John Pennekamp State Park, home to "the best diving and snorkeling sites in the Sunshine State," according to Fodor's, is six miles away.
