This deal from the Hotel on the Cay saves up to 60% on peak season rates for travel Oct. 18 - Dec. 20. For $20 more, stay Dec. 21 - Jan. 19 (during the Crucian Christmas celebration) or April 1-30, 2013. Upgraded room types are also discounted.

Located on an island off of Christiansted, the hotel offers a free shuttle to the main part of the city. While relaxing on the only downtown beach, located directly outside the hotel, take in views of the harbor's boats and snap shots of dramatic Caribbean sunsets.

Note: An 8% resort fee covers Wi-Fi and ferry to the city. A $5-per-day energy surcharge also applies. A three-night stay is required.
