It's nearly summer, and the warmer weather is rising over Myrtle Beach, where a AAA 4-Diamond resort is slashing its current prices in half.

The oceanfront Mar Vista Grande resort is offering three-bedroom condos for $119 per night for stays of two nights or longer through June 7.

These units fit up to eight guests, who can relax in the living room, prepare dinners in the full kitchen, tidy up with the washer-dryer or watch the waves crash from a private balcony.

Also available: Indulge in a longer beach getaway during peak summer season, June 8 - Aug. 11, for $289 per night (reg. $430 or more). There is a four-night minimum when arriving Sunday-Tuesday and a six-night minimum for all other stays.

Note: An additional 5% daily resort fee will be charged, which covers pool and fitness center access, parking and Wi-Fi.

Not available on: May 18-19, 24-27; July 1-7
