The Essex Resort & Spa

The AAA Four-Diamond Essex is home to the world-renowned New England Culinary Institute, which operates the hotel's on-site restaurants and offers guests a variety of cooking classes. Guest rooms are decorated in stylish country decor, some with a gas fireplace or a kitchenette. Amenities include an outdoor pool with a sundeck, a children's playground and a fitness center. Classic campfires are held most Friday and Saturday nights on the resort's East Lawn. It is seven miles from downtown Burlington, and an 18-hole golf course is located adjacent to the Inn.
