Where to Stay in Boise

Boise is the most populous city in Idaho. With its many museums, galleries, restaurants and performance spaces, it is the cultural heart of the state. The city also boasts acres of green space and miles of walking trails, making it an ideal destination for active travelers. Whether you're looking to shop in the city's upscale BoDo district or hike up nearby Lucky Peak, Boise has a hotel for you. For those that want the cosmopolitan experience, compare rates at one of the many luxury hotels in downtown Boise. This bustling district features many boutique shops, eclectic eateries and vibrant nightlife options. In addition, many of these downtown hotels feature special amenities, such as business centers and meeting rooms, that are particularly suited for business travelers. If you want to explore Boise's many cultural attractions, search for an affordable hotel near Julia Davis Park. This expansive urban green space is home to many of the city's top attractions, including the municipal zoo, the Idaho Historical Museum and the Boise Art Museum. Boise is also home to one of the largest Basque populations in the world. If you want to experience the culture of the Basque people, book reservations at a hotel near the Basque Block, a subsection of downtown occupied by Basque shops, restaurants, bars and the Basque Museum and Cultural Center. Boise is also the home of Boise State University. If you are visiting the campus, you can find a handful of discount accommodations within a couple blocks of the university.
