Pool Season Opens in Las Vegas

Pool season has arrived in Las Vegas and with it blue skies, umbrella-drink cocktails and celebrity sightings.  Another thing to keep an eye out for during a Sin City summer is deals.  If you’re looking to take a break in a hot-spot, check out these offers:

  • $74-$84: Mandalay Bay's Summer Escape package for Sundays-Thursdays includes a room night as well as Beach Club access. The 11-acre grounds at the pool complex feature a wave pool, three swimming pools and a lazy river. About 2,700 tons of sand provides ample area to spread out a towel to catch some rays.
  • $39: With this LVH weekday special, pay no resort fee and get two complimentary cocktails. Relax in a pool with skyline views of The Strip. Weekends in Vegas are rarely discounted, but with this deal you can stay Fridays or Saturdays for $79 per night. (Note: This discount ends Friday.)
  • $69: Spread out in a nearly 600-square-foot suite Sundays-Thursdays at Tahiti Village. The pool at this resort features a lazy river, waterfalls and sand beach. Weekends are available at a higher rate. Plus, guests will receive a $100 Restaurant.com gift certificate per stay.
  • $79-$99: Use complimentary passes for a breakfast nosh at the buffet at Mirage Las Vegas. Then take a dip in a pool ranked one of TripAdvisor’s Top 10 Fantastic Hotel Pools. (Motherly advice: Relax in your room for half-an-hour after breakfast before swimming.)
