Passport Day Held Saturday

If you’ve been putting off renewing – or applying for – your passport and letting the international offers in each week’s Top 20 pass you by, it’s time to add a visit to Passport Day to your Saturday plans.

Passport offices, including many post office locations, across the country will be open Saturday, March 10, to meet the needs of would-be travelers who can’t come in during the traditional workweek to renew, add pages, apply and ask questions. Find a participating facility near you here.

Passport costs rose in 2010. Current costs are:

  • Application fee for adults ages 16 and older: $135
  • Application fee for minors: $105
  • Renewal fee for adults: $110
  • Renewal fees minors: $105
  • Adding extra pages to a current passport: $82
Brush up on your passport basics, such as processing times and locations to get your photos taken, before heading out.
