National Parks Free Saturday-Monday

The beauty of democracy is/was on display this past Tuesday. But that’s not the only reason to feel patriotic in the coming days. This coming weekend, our nation’s natural beauty will be front and center; as America’s national parks will offer free admission in celebration of Veteran’s Day. These are the final free date on the calendar for 2012.

All national parks will waive entry fees from Nov. 10-12. This weekend will offer nature enthusiast a final chance to get a look at the fall foliage as most trees will be losing their leaves before the winter months.
