This summer, active duty military personnel and their families can enjoy free access to more than 1,300 museums nationwide thanks to The Blue Star Museums initiative. This initiative is a partnership between The National Endowment for the Arts, Blue Star Families and the participating museums.
In its second year of operation, the list of places has nearly doubled. This program enables members of the military, and up to five immediate family members, to spend time quality time with one another, at no cost.
