Through the end of October, kids can mingle with meerkats, help feed sky-high giraffes and make souvenir crafts while parents save $32 per child on the cost of junior admission to the San Diego Zoo and its safari park.
In addition to the waived admission costs, kids can take part in activities ranging from daily interactive talks with zookeepers on some of the 3,700 rare and endangered animals in the park to weekend magic shows.
All children must be accompanied by an adult (ticket price is $42 for guests 12 and older). There’s no limit, however, on how many kids can come along to the park that’s just north of downtown San Diego.
