Extra! Extra! The Disney musical "Newsies" is playing a limited engagement on Broadway, and we found a handful of dates where tickets are priced as much as 28% lower than others for the in demand show, which will be in town until Aug. 19 only.

Rear Mezzanine seats are $67, or upgrade to Orchestra seating for $83-$99. The following evening performances at the Nederlander Theatre are available (matinees not included):

  • April 30
  • May 2, 7, 9, 13-15, 21, 23
  • June 4

Hailed by Entertainment Weekly as a production that "easily outshines most new musicals of the last several seasons," "Newsies" tells the story of a band of teenaged newspaper boys who become unlikely heroes when they take on the biggest names in publishing. The New York Times calls it "a musical to sing about … with buoyant melodies by Alan Menken and rousing lyrics by Jack Feldman — and a sweet, funny, emotionally satisfying book by Harvey Fierstein."

Book by April 25.
Restrictions may apply. $8.50 per ticket and $3.20 per order will be additional. Full price tickets are subject to the same fees.
