Disney musical "Newsies" has been making headlines as an "irresistible, high-energy winner" (Entertainment Weekly). Discounts have been rare for the popular show, but tickets are now as much as 50% off for Travlzoo subscribers.

Attend select performances during Broadway Week (Jan. 22 - Feb. 7) and get the following prices at Nederlander Theatre:

  • $60.50 (reg. $119) ... Mid Mezzanine
  • $67 (reg. $134) ... Front Mezzanine
  • $77 (reg. $152) ... Side Orchestra

For any other performance through March 17, Orchestra or Mezzanine seats are $89 (reg. up to $152). Exact seat locations vary by performance.

Hailed by The New York Times as "a musical worth singing about," "Newsies" was inspired by the real-life newsboy strike of 1899, when a band of underdogs took on the biggest names in publishing to fight for justice and fair pay. Eight-time Oscar winner Alan Menken ("Beauty and the Beast") won his first Tony Award for the "Newsies" score.
