In January, "JLCO Fresh Sounds: Ted Nash & Victor Goines" showcases new works by the two artists. Nash's latest piece, "The Presidential Suite," will be orated by special guest Wendell Pierce (HBO's "Treme" and "The Wire"). Goines will present "Crescent City," inspired by his hometown of New Orleans, featuring childhood friend and three-time Grammy Award winner Branford Marsalis.

The Jazz at Lincoln Center Orchestra with Wynton Marsalis will join saxophonist Kenny Garrett for "JLCO Hosts: Kenny Garrett & The Music of Mulgrew Miller" in February. The concert will pay homage to the late Miller.
