Experience the magic of "Singin' in the Rain" when the classic returns to theaters nationwide this summer.
On Thursday, July 12, at 7 p.m. local time, more than 450 theaters nationwide will show the iconic movie starring Gene Kelly, Donald O'Connor and Debbie Reynolds. Ticket prices vary from theater to theater, but are typically $8.50-$15.
In honor of the film's 60th anniversary and the special Blu-Ray/DVD release July 17, this event will include a special introduction from host Robert Osborne, featuring a behind-the-scenes look at the filming and a special interview with Reynolds.
About the movie: The musical follows a production company as it struggles to make the transition from silent film to sound. "Singin' in the Rain" was nominated for two Oscars and is the No. 1 musical in the American Film Institute's 2007 list of the "25 Greatest Movie Musicals."
