Called "fearlessly inventive" by the Los Angeles Times, "The Scottsboro Boys" will make its way to the Ahmanson Theatre in downtown Los Angeles this spring. Subscribers can purchase tickets to the show Entertainment Weekly called "stunning" and "the best new musical of the year" in 2010 for up to 50% off regular pricing for performances May 21 - June 2, 2013.

The Wall Street Journal wrote "it is impossible not to be thrilled" about "The Scottsboro Boys," and tickets now cost:

Tuesday through Friday performances (50% off):

  • $22.50 (reg. $45) ... Orchestra X-ZZ
  • $30 (reg. $60) ... Mid Orchestra R-W

Saturday and Sunday performances (35% off):

"The Scottsboro Boys," created by Kander and Ebb ( "Chicago" and "Cabaret"), tells the story of one of the most infamous events in American history: nine African American men accused of a crime they did not commit. In 2011, the Broadway musical was nominated for 12 Tony Awards.
