San Diego Symphony presents Afro-Colombian dance show "Mapale" on Copley Symphony Hall's stage this week, and seats are now 50% off. Ballet Folklorico de Antioquia Colombia's exotic show features rhythm, costumes and dance set to a spectacular display of music and lights.

"Mapale" is a typical festival dance on the Colombian Caribbean coast with strong African influences. Colombian fishermen named the dance after a small fish that displays frantic movements when caught.
