The sounds of "The Blue Danube," "Nessun Dorma" and "Hallelujah" will resonate over San Diego Bay this summer when the San Diego Symphony performs its Pops Series at Embarcadero Marina Park South. Subscribers can now enjoy "Pops Goes Classical" and Nathan Pacheco concerts for half the regular cost.
Tickets for "Pops Goes Classical" on Sunday, July 14, at 7:30 p.m. and Nathan Pacheco on Sunday, July 28, at 7:30 p.m. are now:
"Pops Goes Classical" will feature light classical favorites from Vienna to Salzburg, including "The Blue Danube" by Johann Strauss. Straddling the pop and opera worlds, Nathan Pacheco was featured in the 2009 tour with "Yanni Voices" and will perform favorites from Puccini to Leonard Cohen.
