Since it was first danced in 19th-century Russia to Tchaikovsky's original score, “The Nutcracker” ballet has become a worldwide holiday favorite. Travelzoo subscribers have an early opportunity to save up to $20 per ticket for Moscow Ballet’s “Great Russian Nutcracker” this season.

The following seating levels are available for the matinee and evening performances Sunday, Dec. 21, at Detroit's Fox Theatre:

  • Gallery ... $36.50 (reg. $48)
  • Rear Orchestra ... $53.50 (reg. $68)
  • Front Orchestra & Mezzanine ... $68 (reg. $88)

Note: Rear Gallery seats are also available for $28.

With handmade costumes and classical choreography, "The Great Russian Nutcracker" pays homage to the original ballet. The St. Paul Pioneer Press praises the dancers’ “strength, grace and elegance” and says the production wows audiences with “spectacular dancing and a kaleidoscope of colorful costuming.”

Book by Sept. 22.
Restrictions may apply. Additional fees of up to $15.05 per ticket and $4.35 per order will apply. Fees are determined by the venue and ticketing agent and not by Travelzoo. Full-price tickets are subject to the same fees.
