Grab the girls to go see "Menopause The Musical," the uplifting show that the Fresno Bee calls "extremely funny" and the Houston Press says "turns angst into rollicking good humor."
Orchestra Rows Q-BB are $32 (reg. $52) for the 7 p.m. performance Tuesday, Sept. 17, at the University of Missouri's Jesse Auditorium.
"Menopause The Musical" started in 2001 and has since entertained audiences around the world, from Off Broadway to the U.K. The show is about four strangers who meet in Bloomingdale's and bond over their shared experiences. Their story is told through well-known songs from the 1960s, '70s and '80s such as "Night Fever" and "My Guy," re-written with some unexpected lyrics. It culminates with a salute to women who are experiencing "The Change."
