Set sail on a weeklong Caribbean cruise in a balcony cabin on Royal Caribbean's Freedom of the Seas -- voted one of world's best ships by Conde Nast Traveler -- for $849 per person.

Plus, score pre-paid gratuities and either dinner for two in a specialty restaurant or one spa treatment per cabin -- up to $304 in extras.

Sail roundtrip from Port Canaveral over the following dates:

  • $849 ... Dec. 8
  • $869 … Sept. 22; Oct. 6, 20; Nov. 17; Dec. 1
  • $999 … Nov. 24 (Thanksgiving)

The Nov. 17 and Dec. 8 sailings also include $75 in onboard credit per cabin.

The ship offers a mecca of activities including the FlowRider surf simulator, the DreamWorks Experience with 3D movies, character breakfast and parades, ice-skating rinks, a water park, a spa, a full size boxing ring, kids programs (including a pirates night and pajama parties) plus six whirlpools that extend beyond the sides of the ship.
