Take a seat at a table overlooking the river, sip a glass of sparkling wine and indulge in a menu designed to take subscribers on a nationwide culinary tour, featuring several dishes that aren't on the regular menu:
First course
• Atlantic lobster salad: Sweet butter-poached half Nova Scotia lobster with avocado fan, mango compote, spring greens and citrus vinaigrette
