The show takes place Oct. 29 at 7 p.m. at the Halifax Dalhousie University Arts Centre. Among the lineup of top comedy stars from across the pond are NBC's “Last Comic Standing” finalist Matt Kirshen, Perrier Award winner Hal Cruttenden, Time Out “Comedian of the Year” Sean Meo and others.

Steve Patterson, host of the CBC Radio and TV show "The Debaters," will introduce the acts. When he performed with Steve Martin last year, the comedy legend joked “If I’d known he was going to be that good, I would have cancelled him.”
