• Any two appetizers, such as the local BC crab cakes with red pepper and chives -- the most popular app; the ahi tuna poke with avocado, pineapple salsa and passionfruit vinaigrette; or the grilled flatbread pizza with roasted red peppers, goat feta cheese and tricolor tomato sauce
• Any two entrees, such as the Haida Gwaii halibut, pan seared with sliced red potato, baby green beans, braised fennel, Kalamata olive and vine-ripened tomato confit; or the grilled AAA filet Oscar topped with dungeness crab and house made béarnaise, served with country potato bell pepper hash, seasonal vegetables and red wine demi glace
