Located downtown in the boutique Moda Hotel, Cibo Trattoria is directed by executive chef Neil Taylor, who "has floored every food critic in town with honest, focused, and sparing regional Italian cooking," says Vancouver Magazine. Experience this award-winning menu with the following courses:
• Shared appetizer (up to $16), such as the crispy pork belly with cannellini beans, horseradish and salsa verde, or the leek and potato soup with pesto
• Shared pasta (up to $15), such as ravioli stuffed with ricotta, peas, mint, spring onion and basil butter; or agnolotti stuffed with roast free-run veal, sage butter and parmesan
• Two main entrees (up to $28 each), such as the roast Barclay Sound sockeye salmon with hot olive sauce or the chicken cooked under a brick, with warm anchovy and garlic sauce
• Two contornis (side with each entree), such as new potatoes with butter and mint or arugula with parmesan and aged balsamic
• Shared dessert (up to $10), such as espresso panna cotta or marsala zabaglioni
