The Deal
Located in the former home of the landmark William Tell restaurant, the recently opened Frankie's Italian Kitchen & Bar focuses on the traditions and flavors of Southern Italy. Experience this new eatery with a three-course dinner for two that includes a shared appetizer, two entrees and a shared dessert for $35, regularly up to $74.
Chef Luigi Ornaghi, who has more than 30 years of experience working in the French Riviera, Italy and the U.S., guides the kitchen at Frankie's. Savor his pastas and signature Italian spices with the following courses:
• One shared starter, soup or salad, such as the prosciutto-wrapped scallops with a Pinot Gris reduction or the Capri-style tiger prawns in a herb and rosemary butter
• Two entrees, such as the chicken and ricotta cannelloni topped with roasted garlic alfredo sauce or the veal Italiano, pan fried and topped with diced tomatoes and bocconcini mozzarella
• One shared dessert, such as the vanilla panna cotta with homemade orange confit or the light Bavarian cheesecake with fresh fruit culis
This deal is valid for both Frankie's newest location, in the Georgian Court Hotel in Vancouver, and the original in Chilliwack, next to the Prospera Centre.
