The Deal
Chef Boban Kovachevich has served as head judge for the Fraser Valley Food Show's Master Chef Competition and was named Chef of the Year 2010 by The BC Chefs' Association. For $45, regularly $93, two guests can sample appetizers, entrees and desserts from his new menu at La Vallee in the Executive Hotel Vintage Park.
Diners can choose from anything on the menu -- which features contemporary French and Northern California Wine Country fusion cuisine -- including:
• Any two appetizers, like BC shrimp and Dungeness crab cake or Pacific Northwest seafood chowder
• Any two entrees, including signature dishes like Certified Angus Beef sirloin medallions or spicy butter coconut prawns
• A dessert to share like molten chocolate cake with vanilla ice cream (excludes macaroons)
• Two coffees or teas
