In addition to the gold medals for seafood and showpiece preparation, the cuisine turned out by the culinary team at the American Grille in the Marriott Vancouver Airport has received 4-star reviews from OpenTable users. This exclusive three-course meal includes:
• Any starter like the seafood chowder, West Coast Dungeness crab cakes with remoulade sauce or the braised brisket sliders with apple slaw and chipotle barbecue sauce
• Any two entrees such as the popular oven-roasted rack of lamb with pan-seared gnocchi and seasonal vegetables, or the wild Pacific salmon with roast corn, warm potato salad and local vegetables in a pesto vinaigrette
