The Deal

Time Out Vancouver says Hamilton Street Grill is "full of delicious surprises" and Vancouver Magazine selected the restaurant's burger as one of the city's best. For $49, regularly $104, two can dine on a specially crafted menu of upscale steakhouse fare at this Yaletown standout.

Take a seat in the dining room and choose from an exclusive menu that includes:

A shared starter:
• Mussels with chipotle and bacon in a cream sauce
• A dozen freshly shucked West Coast oysters with shallot mignonette and cocktail sauce
• Fondue made with Gorgonzola cheese and served with sliced garlic bread

Any two main courses:
• A 12 oz. blackened New York strip steak with garlic sauteed mushrooms   
• Red wine-braised lamb shank with caramelized onions and herb mashed potatoes
• Grilled wild sockeye salmon with whipped goat cheese and vegetable risotto in a balsamic reduction  
• Pan-seared Vancouver Island scallops with vegetable risotto in a lemon butter sauce
• Mushroom risotto with braised leeks, Parmesan cheese, truffle butter and onion crisps
• The Hamilton Street burger, made with house-ground certified Angus beef, smoked bacon, aged cheddar and served with Kennebec frites

A shared dessert:
• Gingerbread pudding with warm caramel sauce that Time Out Vancouver calls "famously spectacular"
