• Any shared appetizer, like the chef's ceviche made with fresh seafood marinated in a blend of cool citrus juices, or the Colombian empanadas with minced ground beef and potatoes in a corn crust with aji salsa
• Any two entrees, like the 10-ounce Black Angus New York steak served with frites, organic mixed greens and avocado in a raspberry vinaigrette; or the grilled salmon with tamarind sauce and a balsamic reduction, served with vegetables, oyster mushrooms and a manchego cheese-stuffed croquette. Or, skip the individual entrees and opt for a shared seafood paella or the signature Babalúu paella made with chicken, chorizo, shrimp and calamari
