BerBer's menu features flavours from North Africa, Europe and the Middle East. Choose from the following selections while sipping two Fez Royal sparkling cocktails:

• Choose the restaurant's soup du jour or signature starter, which features bocconcini cheese marinated in chili, mint and lime, dry-cured chorizo sausage, rosemary crostini and sliced fresh grapes with garlic aioli and a balsamic reduction

• Pear salad with mesclun greens and spiced caramelized walnuts, red onions and grapefruit segments
• Cambozola fritter served over a bed of arugula, fennel and blonde frisee, tossed in a champagne raspberry vinaigrette

• Prosciutto-wrapped chicken supreme stuffed with smoked gouda and caramelized balsamic onions served over saffron mashed potatoes with seasonal vegetables

• Osso bucco served with saffron mashed potatoes and seasonal vegetables
• Sicilian cioppino with mussels, calamari and white fish stewed in a rich tomato broth with capers and black olives, served over butter-poached potatoes and sauteed onions
• Quinoa-stuffed bell peppers with lemon-thyme and Italian parsley served with chickpea ragu and grilled polenta
