Toronto.com praises the "exquisite tastes and culinary delights" at this 30-year veteran of the local dining scene. Reserve a table in the garden-like solarium dining room and try anything on the menu, including popular options like the Black Angus strip loin and Australian rack of lamb.
$90 covers dinner for two, such as:
• Two appetizers, like the signature wild mushroom strudel with a leek and spinach cream sauce, and steamed mussels with Thai curry cream sauce
• Two entrees, like duck confit with grilled market vegetables, red onion and a port relish, or the vegetarian risotto with wild mushrooms, sun-dried tomatoes, red onion and a hint of tomato sauce
• A shared dessert, like the warm profiterole with vanilla ice cream, chocolate sauce and toasted almonds, or the chocolate raspberry tartuffo served with creme Anglaise and berry compote
