Located in Old Montreal, the restaurant takes its name from the building's former resident, The Montreal Gazette. With this deal, two can dine on Executive Chef Paul Little's locally sourced menu with:
• Any two soups, salads or starters, like chestnut soup with Atlantic crab and whipped cream or seared foie gras with parsnips, cipollini onions and spice gingerbread sauce
• Any two main course dishes, like Madeline Island lobster risotto with morels, green beans, truffles and mascarpone cheese or braised short ribs with caramelized onions, mashed potatoes and smoked pepper sauce
• A shared dessert, like Montreal-style cheesecake with red berry coulis or Valrhona chocolate tart with English cream and pistachio ice cream
