Limehouse DLR station is only a 5-minute walk away, making the apartments well located for those travelling to the O2 and ExCeL exhibition centre.

For those wanting to go into central London, the journey to Oxford Street, the West End and Trafalgar Square should only take 15 minutes by Tube. Canary Wharf is closest (15 minutes on foot), Tower Bridge is only two stops on the DLR, and there are dining options at the Limehouse Basin -- try La Verde restaurant, gastro pub The Gun or Gordon’s Ramsey’s pub The Narrow. Make sure you visit the popular early-morning Billingsgate fish market (open Tuesday-Saturday from 4am-8am), which is 10 minutes away by car.

If you don't want to venture out to eat, the apartments are ideal for self-catering. There's a Tesco Express next door for store-cupboard essentials, and the apartments have fully equipped kitchens, including an oven, microwave, fridge and toaster, plus a dining room or area. There's also a dishwasher, tea- and coffee-making facilities and a washer/dryer.

The apartments have modern, minimalist décor and vary in size from a studio to the 2-bedroom duplex apartment, which can sleep up to four adults. Some have a terrace or balcony with river views.

Getting there

London City Airport is only four miles away. Take the DLR to Limehouse station, and is a 5-minute walk. The journey will cost around £3 and take 30 minutes. Alternatively, take the Piccadilly Line from London Heathrow Airport to South Kensington, where you need to change for the Circle or District line to Tower Hill. Walk to Tower Gateway and change for the DLR to Limehouse. The journey will take 90 minutes and cost around £5 each way.
