The P.E.I. Jazz & Blues Festival returns to downtown Charlottetown this year, and festival goers can soak in the sights and sounds at four unique venues. The Outdoor Stage on Victoria Row will feature free musical acts on Saturday, Aug. 24, beginning at 1 p.m.

From Thursday to Sunday, free workshops will be hosted by various artists, including eight-time JUNO Award nominee Michael Occhipinti at Murphy's Community Centre on Sunday.     

Other events taking place during this five-day festival include:

  • Aug. 21-24: St. Paul's Anglican Church concert series, $20-$25
  • Aug. 21-24: Late-night performances at Murphy's Community Centre stage: $10 & up
  • Aug. 22-24: Murphy's Community Centre stage concerts: $25
  • Aug. 25: "Shine On: The Universe of John Lennon" musical gala at Confederation Centre: $29.50 & up

Travelzoo Tip: All-access passes to ticketed events throughout the Festival are available for $100, including admission to the Sunday gala.
