In a rare discount on peak-season summer voyages, Cruise Connections has slashed the price of 14-night Alaska sailings to US$698 (US$994 including tax) per person. This is at least US$900 off shorter sailings, and additional airfare from Alaska is not required because the cruises are roundtrip from Vancouver.

These sailings aboard top-rated Royal Caribbean's Radiance of the Seas -- fresh from a $20 million makeover -- break down to just US$50 per night. 

Depart July 6, 20; Aug. 3, 17 or 31 from Vancouver, British Columbia, and cruise the Inside Passage, followed by stops in Ketchikan, Icy Strait Point, Juneau, Skagway, Hubbard Glacier (cruising), and Seward, Alaska.

The trip then returns to Vancouver following the same itinerary -- giving passengers a second chance to take in sights they missed the first time around.
