Travel Information About Beijing

Beijing (formerly known as Peking) is the capital of the People's Republic of China. The 2008 Summer Olympics were hosted here, China's second largest city. With various tourist attractions, a long history and world-famous cuisine, Beijing has emerged as a popular destination.
