Our nation’s first capital city is best known for its historic landmarks like the Liberty Bell, rowdy sports fans and cheesesteak sandwiches smothered in Cheez Whiz, but the City of Brotherly Love is also home to one of our new favorite hotels, The Logan Philadelphia.

Designed to celebrate the city, the hotel opened in late 2015 on the grounds of the former Four Seasons, with meticulous attention paid to marry the best of the historic city with the comforts craved by modern travelers.

Be a traveler, not a tourist

Logan Philadelphia is part of Hilton’s Curio Collection, connecting visitors to their destination with local guides and personalized recommendations.

Hometown Pride

As a nod to the hotel’s location in the art and museum district, the hotel has a curated collection of artwork created by local artists as well as pieces featuring over 400 famous Philadelphians, from Benjamin Franklin to Grace Kelly.

Local Flavors

Philadelphia restaurateur Peter Karpinski designed Urban Farmer’s menu to feature fresh ingredients grown nearby and in the rooftop garden. Prepacked meals can be delivered to guest rooms for visitors looking to picnic in Logan Square or Fairmount Park.

Brotherly Love Brews

La Colombe has been brewed in Philly since 1994 and is a perennial favorite of locals and media ranking the city’s best cup of joe. Guests can sip on a signature draft latte in the hotel’s fireside library instead of trekking to the flagship shop in Fishtown.

Urban Philly-meets-rural Pennsylvania from floor to ceiling

From carved marble reminiscent of the Federal-style buildings found throughout the city to the blacked-steel fireplace paying homage to Pennsylvania’s steelworkers to the Pennsylvania Dutch antiques decorating guest rooms, every surface is intentional and meaningful to Pennsylvania.

Sightsee above the Skyline

Assembly is one of the city’s newest rooftop bars, and the cozy couches surrounding its fire pit are the perfect place to drink in views of the Art Museum and City Hall with a cocktail in hand.

Wake up to the best views in town

Accommodations feature large windows with views of the Benjamin Franklin Parkway or the iconic Swann Fountain at the center of Logan Circle.

Soothe city-weary muscles at the spa

Escape the hustle and bustle of downtown at the hotel’s spa, which includes couples’ treatment rooms, an indoor saline pool and modern fitness center. Travelzoo Tip: Mention Travelzoo at the spa Mondays – Thursdays to receive 20% off spa treatments through Labor Day.

Boutique and branded is the best both worlds

While the hotel exudes the intimate feel and unique design of an independent property, guests still enjoy the amenities Hilton is known for, including high-end toiletries, award-winning customer service and the opportunity to earn points toward free stays through their loyalty program.

If you do leave, you don’t have to go far…

Situated in one of the country’s most famous square miles, the hotel is within walking distance of popular attractions like the Franklin Institute, Rittenhouse Square and The Philadelphia Museum of Art, where guests can snap the quintessential Philly photograph atop the “Rocky Steps.”
