The Deal

For just $78, indulge in a French lunch for two at the award-winning Baroque Bistro Patisserie in The Rocks. The deal comes with two entrees and two mains from the a la carte menu, plus a shared dessert and tea or coffee with macarons to finish.

The restaurant is located in a heritage-listed building in Sydney's historic Rocks district, with Harbour Bridge and Opera House views. Chef de Cuisine Peter Robertson has created a unique contemporary French Bistro Menu which also features classic regional plats du jour (daily specials) such as cassoulet and bouillabaisse.

Start with selections such as the confit bangalow pork neck with mussel emulsion, garlic and charred leek or the fricassé of calamari. Then move on to confit shoulder of lamb with eggplant, snow pea, rosemary and lamb glaze, or the slow cooked wagyu brisket, pearl barley, broccoli, wasabi and almond butter.

The shared dessert plate features petits fours, petits gateaux and chocolates. Top off your meal with tea or coffee and a selection of macarons like the salted caramel or dark chocolate.
