The Deal
For just $110, indulge in a 3-course meal for two at the award-winning Catalina Restaurant in Rose Bay. The deal comes with two entrees and two mains from a selected menu, plus a dessert and tea or coffee with petits fours to finish.
The restaurant boasts an enviable position on the waterfront with 180 degree views of Sydney Harbour. Floor-to-ceiling glass sliding doors open out onto a 40m long curved balcony offering unobstructed views of Shark Island, harbour ferries, windsurfers, sailing boats and seaplanes in Rose Bay.

-Citrus and sugar cured kingfish with horseradish and pomegranate dressing
-Catalan style whitebait with fried duck egg and lemon
-Pickled baby beetroot and goat cheese tart with seeded mustard, caramelised onion and wild rocket (v)

-Pan fried snapper fillet with potato and garlic mash; lemon caper butter
-Char-grilled Riverine beef tenderloin, with olive potato gnocchi, sauteed mushroom and red wine jus
-Vegetarian risotto of the day (v)
All served with mixed salad leaves, tomato and cucumber
